Celtic cross arched top doors
Part of a roundhouse build I was tasked with creating these celtic cross inspired doors. Using local ash timber I made these thich and weighty doors to resemble the feeling of church doors that will last for hundreds of years. They provide the entrance from the hallway into the main central room of the building that give it as grand an entrance as the room deserves.
Porthole door
This porthole inspired door is part of the same roundhouse build as the doors above. This doorway leads from the kitchen into the main room. It is designed with the round theme of the build to allow people transporting food between the rooms to see if anyone is on the other side. made from local ash the door is solid and durable that should stand the test of time and a lot of use.

Natural edge joined internal doors
This is a ledge and braced door that is one of 5 to be made from local ash. These doors are for the bathrooms and green room entrances. they are joined together contouring the grain as opposed to traditional straight plank design. This gives the doors a more natural feeling that goes with the organic and natural feel of the building that is constructed from straw bales and clay.
Round house roof lantern
The roof lantern was made to be the centre piece of a roundhouse build I worked on. The sections correspond to the timber frame and line up with the posts on the inside. It has alternating opening and fixed sashes all the way around that can be opened remotely with electrical remote openers and a ring light was placed within to illuminate the lantern and Venetian plaster work below it.

Brick out french doors with side lights
These french doors were made to fit an old window opening. I cut out the brick below the window to allow for these french doors I made to be fitted. They now allow a lot more light into the property and another rear opening to acess the garden.
